Hi everyone! I worked almost 20 years around the world in a global high tech industry. Few years ago, I found my passion in life, started my own business and took the step to follow it through. I have never looked back.
I work with sound vibration and particularly how that vibration affects us in everyday life and how we can use it in a way to support our wellbeing. I'm excited about finding simple practices that can be done every day without necessarily committing extra time for doing them (such as meditating while commuting on a public transit to work or breathing exercises while driving). These are things I teach on my classes. I also provide private sessions for more extensive tune up or "body/mind soul maintenance".
