Social Enterprise Funding Strategy
50
Need to fund your values-driven small business, but don't know where to start? Find your business doesn't quite fit what the banks want or the VCs are looking for?
Did you know there are ways to develop your small business so you aren't betraying your mission, but you've taken the right steps to bring money into your business? There are!
Whether it's doubling down on your business model, figuring out the right business structure to appeal to investors, developing the relationships that will support your raise (or crowdfund), or even just making yourself bankable by getting your tax returns and credit score in order, there are options available for your social enterprise. The key is asking the right questions and figuring out what you want.
In this 2 hour session (*2 hours) we'll start with some basic questions and an understanding of what you've tried or think you want to try. From there we'll explore the various options and what it takes to make them successful. By the end of the session you should have a firm idea of what your funding plan might look like and how to iterate as you evolve along your path.
