Alt-Retirement Resources
So many of us in these communities are committed to a new way of moving through this world. Whether complimentary currencies, gifts, barter or some combination, these are beautiful ways to connect and form relationship.
But as we move in this new vision of the world, some of us are realizing our bodies may betray us the opportunity to always labor.

There are no absolute answers (Are there ever?), but I can help you with resources to guide you as you face the cross roads of aging. With these few resources, you are positioned to take both a hard look at the financial capital reality (a retirement calculator put together by a monk turned financial planner!) As well as tool designed to get you started seeing your assets and resources through a new multi-capital narrative and investment strategy. As noted, there are no absolute answers, but getting a grip on both old and new can help us navigate our course while we still have time to consider what we want our old age to look like.
Training & Qualifications
I worked in financial services for over two decades. I left my licenses behind to serve as a Slow Money SoCal director in 2014. In the ensuing years, I have continue to grow my practice and experience serving as a Kiva Small Business Advisor and participating in many communities, and circles with an interest in this new economy vision. I help build a nested eco-system of investors and entrepreneurs interested in a new economy that is inclusive, justice and honors the limits of the planet.
