Let's Be Workout Buddies!

Let's be real, it can be difficult to workout. Sometimes we don't have the time or sometimes we're just too exhausted after working all day. Maintaining a balanced, happy body is something we all strive for - and while eating right is a huge part of it, working out provides many benefits as well. Even if it's walking around the block a few times.
I know the struggles of finding consistency with workouts, but I also know the benefits of having a workout buddy: Someone to keep you honest and motivated . . . Someone to lift you up and make you feel awesome!
If you live near or around the Sacramento area, I'd love to meet up and go for a walk or play some outdoor sports. Getting out and moving for an hour can make even the smallest difference in your health. Together, we can do it!
Training & Qualifications
I'm not a "gym-junkie," but I do love my home workout DVDs. Jillian Michaels has taught me how to "GET SOME!" haha I enjoy being outdoors, walking, playing sports and just being active. I know we'd have a pretty rad time.
Availability & Preferences
My availability varies, but we could do mornings or late afternoons. :)
