Cocktail mixing for your party!

Bored of watered down cocktails in a bar? Have an in-house party with a bartender instead! You provide the booze and citrus, I'll provide some of the obscure ingredients (anything that's needed in small quantities and you don't want to buy a whole bottle).
My current repertoire:

Margarita
Mojito and Daiquiri
Southside Fizz
Long Island Iced Tea
Negroni
Jungle Bird (Campari and pineapple juice - very fruity!)
Old Fashioned and Mint Julep
Jerry Thomas Gin Punch (needs some advance prep)
...plus anything you can get me a recipe and ingredients for. Let's talk through the menu first to make sure we got everything!
I would make one round of drinks (so that's 30 Simbi per round, not per drink!), or stay longer and make more if you keep me entertained :)
Training & Qualifications
I've been mixing cocktails following a book called "The Spirits" and been very happy with the results. My guinea pigs (that is, humans I have made drinks for; no actual guinea pigs were intoxicated as part of my experiments!) have been pleased as well.
Availability & Preferences
Weekends incl. Friday nights. Can usually do Mon/Wed as well but who drinks on a Monday?
