I am offering service for boxing lessons which is great for someone who wants to learn boxing as a form of self defense or to get in shape. You will learn the following:
Basic Footwork; Punch Basics: Jab, Cross, Hook,Uppercut, Punch combinations; Defense: Slip, Duck, Block, Parry. Boxing Strategy and Theory.
Training & Qualifications
Have been training in the art of boxing since 2003.
Trained in various other Martial Arts: Muay Thai, Boxing, Kuk Sool Won. Have little knowledge of JuiJutsu for self defense.
