Portuguese-English Translation

I will translate any document of 500 words or fewer from Brazilian Portuguese to US or Canadian English or vice-versa. If you need more than 500 words translated, please order more than 1 unit.
I'm familiar with American and Canadian spelling, and have knowledge of the Chicago Manual of Style (among others), should your document need to abide by a style manual.
Please note that I am unable to translate from English to Portuguese from Portugal; I only translate to and from Brazilian Portuguese, as the latter is my native tongue.
I have experience translating websites, letters, and legal documents. Please note that while I can translate legal documents, I am not a certified translator. You would need either a certified translator and/or a notary public for such documents to be considered actually legal.
Training & Qualifications
I am a native Brazilian who has lived most of my life outside of Brazil. I left Brazil when I was 15 years old, and learned English by the "sink or swim" method. I was put into a high school for 6 hours a day where no one spoke my language, and in 2 months, I was speaking English fluently, albeit with a heavy accent. Over the last 20 years, I have all but lost my accent, and most people don't know I'm not a native English speaker when they first meet me. I thus speak both English and Portuguese with the same level of fluency (though my English writing skills are more advanced, as I completed high school, university, and a post-graduate degree in English).
I would be happy to translate any document from Brazilian Portuguese to US or Canadian English or vice-versa. Please give me two weeks to complete any translations.
