I will happily listen to your story, your frustrations, whatever you need to talk to someone about. There are three options, just a listener, a listener that responds to let you know I heard and offers conversation, and finally someone who offers feedback. Your choice and I will respect your needs. Text or email is best for me but if you need to speak we can work out a way to skype or other verbal communication method.
Training & Qualifications
I am trained as a domestic violence advocate, a suicide prevention advocate, a mental health first aid worker, and psychologist. I am also in school for conflict resolution. Most importantly though I am someone that genuinely wants to let people be heard, even if it's only in a small way by being a person who is present.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free in the evenings and I work nights. If you need me during the day we can work something out however.
