The big picture editing: the focus is on structure, style, theme and content. I look for structural problems, pacing issues, plot or thematic inconsistencies, under-developed characters, stiff dialogue, missing sections, and overly large or underdeveloped sections — and make detailed suggestions for addressing these issues.
I will read and edit a short story up to 7.5K words. My preferred genres are science-fiction and fantasy, but I am willing to read almost any genre (please wait on your explicit story until our third or fourth exchange).
Training & Qualifications
