Need a cake for a special occasion, birthday, dinner party, or just because? I can do layer cakes, frosting, bundt cakes, etc. My taste game is on point, decoration/frosting is amateur but progressing. Happy to try new recipes if you'd like me to make Grandma's (including deciphering their handwriting), something from elsewhere in the world, or your favorite. Otherwise I have a solid collection of cakes to choose from (all of which I have baked more than once before).
Need a batch of cookies and don't want store-bought? I am also your baker. Again, happy to try a recipe from your collection or bake something from my (too large) collection of recipes (all of which I've made before).
Training & Qualifications
I am a self-taught baker of 20+ years who's been experimenting, learning, and improving the whole time. There's always more to try.
