2-Hour Basic Self-Defense Class

I will teach you basic self-defense, suitable for anyone in nearly any physical condition. I teach a combination of Tai Chi and various forms of Kung Fu and other arts in such a way that you don't have to be strong, aggressive, or violent to control a situation.
Training & Qualifications
I am a lifelong student and teacher of martial arts. I've taught in everything from women's retreats and parks to college campuses and scouting encampments, including hundreds of students in community education throughout Erie County. Currently I work weekly with Veterans at the Recovery Center at Main and Hertel (for over 15 years).
Availability & Preferences
I am generally available: Tuesday and Thursday afternoon; Saturday and Sunday afternoon or evening
