I asked Juan for help finding a cheap plane ticket from Denver to Cincinnati and was specific about the baggage so that would be included in the price....
Downside: The prices he provided were Canadian and only available to people buying in Canada using a Canadian credit card. The airlines offer better prices on websites outside the US and those prices aren't available to US residents. When the website tries to charge a US credit card they tell you to use their US website with the higher price (you can google for more info about this).
Upside: Juan was very fast and friendly. He sent the info less than 24 hours after I requested it.If I had been time crunched the fast response would have been really helpful.show more
