I will not write an essay for anyone. However, I will happily look through all aspects of an application (college, graduate programs, scholarship, fellowship, internship, etc) including essays, skills, and choosing how to apply. I offer both general proof reading (for grammar, typos, clarity, etc) and can help you flesh out essay ideas. I can also help you prepare for interviews and feel more prepared to answer questions that may come up.
If you email me your materials beforehand, I will be able to meet with you over Skype for up to 60 minutes to discuss strategies for best marketing yourself through your application.
Training & Qualifications
This skill is primarily self-taught. I have an excellent track record of acceptances for both undergraduate and graduate programs for myself (UPenn, MIT, Johns Hopkins, etc) and scientific internships (NIH, NSF, NDSEG). I have also been on the other side of applications and know what stands out and what strategies don't work.
