Wondering what life is really like in the military? Considering going to visit a recruiter (or getting calls from them, and wondering whether they're selling you a line or not)? Is someone you love an active-duty service member or vet, and you want to understand a little more about what they've gone through, or are going through? Or are you in the service now, and facing your ETS or retirement, and wondering what the transition might hold for you?
As a veteran of the U.S. Army infantry, and someone who worked with the VA to help veterans transition into civilian life, I'll answer any questions that I can. It's been a while since I was in, so life isn't quite the same as it used to be, but I'll give you the insight I have. And if I think you'd do better to talk to someone else, I'll let you know, and point you in the right direction.
Training & Qualifications
U.S. Army veteran (medically discharged), who spent 16 months working with the VA to help veterans transition into civilian life. I also have years of experience as a life and relationship coach.
