Recommend You a Short Story
I love reading, especially short stories in fiction and creative nonfiction. I've got dozens of online literary journals and other places bookmarked and ready to go, and I read short stories all the time. I want to help people read in spite of a busy schedule. There are a ton of intellectual, social, and health benefits to reading, so I want to pass that on! I also love supporting an artistic community, so these recommendations will be based on your tastes and may come from established or emerging writers who have been published online.
What I can do: I can hear you out on the sort of stuff you typically like to read, and the length you prefer. Then, I can link you to a free, online journal or other repository of amazing literature where you can read a story I think you'll like. The cool thing about this is that if you liked the story I linked to you, you're likely to enjoy a lot more that the source has to offer, and then you know where to find short pieces to enjoy.
