Discuss Pit Bull type dogs

I LOVE pitbulls. Big, small, sweet, scared.. they are just dogs. On top of that, pitbulls some of the most loyal, family animals out there. I'm not here to argue with anyone over an animal. However, if you're looking for some positive, actual Facts about these type of dogs, let's talk! (Did you know their jaws do NOT lock? Have you ever heard of Sergeant Stubby?) They are certainly not for everyone, but for some, they are everything. I'd also love to connect with other pitbull lovers out there!

Training & Qualifications

I am a proud pitbull momma to two giant sweethearts. ( Facebook.com/askiandjaxson ) I've spent countless hours doing very thorough research from various sources. I'm also an experienced animals sitter for dozens of different dogs and other animals.

Hi! My name is Erika and I'm from a small town in Northern Nevada. I'm an avid believer in creating your own life and that our thoughts have everything to do with our reality. I love animals and have ...been animal and house sitting for many years. I have two pit bull mixes- Aski and Jaxson. They are huge, but they are giant sweethearts. I'm looking into becoming a self-sustainable homesteader with my boyfriend someday Very soon. I love spending time outdoors, especially getting "lost" in the Nevada mountains. In summer, almost every weekend is spent camping, hiking, or just venturing on my kayak. I love that humanity is waking up to the fact that our current money system is basically worthless. So many individuals finding out their talents society has deemed "unworthy" or "unnecessary" due to money demads, are actually very useful. Everybody has something to offer someone else. Even talent and idea that was ever labeled "Not Enough" is in fact- enough. Without someone telling us what to like and what not to like, I bet we'd get along much better. It's exiting to find a place like Simbi to share those humanity lifting ideas with other souls on the same wavelength!show more
