I will show you how to ferment whatever kinds of veggies/fruits you have on hand. Some examples of good ferments are cabbage, peppers, beets, carrots, cucumbers, etc. You’ll need to gather the veggies and have some salt and a crock on hand. I’ll help you put it all together.
I can also explain the process for making beer, mead, and cider. Mead is pretty simple (just honey and water), cider requires a certain kind of yeast, and beer is a little more involved, but if you’re curious get in touch!
Training & Qualifications
I have been fermenting things for 5+ years. I’ve made sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi, mead and more. In addition to the successful fermentation projects, I’ve also had some failed projects to learn from!
