I consider myself a kind of homesteader and work as a librarian for money. I've been building and renovating lately, with gardening, cooking, cat snuggling, and foraging mixed in. I love working outside and getting my hands dirty. I’m also a fan of all things fermented. I’ve made lacto-fermented hot sauce, kimchi, sauerkraut, beer, mead, and cider. I also love baking bread using my years-old sourdough starter. One of my favorite ways to clear my head and exercise is climbing either at the local gyms. I highly recommend the sport!
