Math tutoring for Elementary studen

Up to 30 - 45 minutes of math tutoring depending on your child's need, (I don't want them to be there so long they get overwhelmed but if they need a little extra time that's not a problem either). I will help your child with homework, studying for tests or just brushing up on skills they may have forgotten over the summer. I home schooled my 2 sons, the oldest is starting his 2nd year of college and has a 4.0 GPA, and my younger is just starting the IB Diploma Program. Both of my son's enjoy and excell in math because when I taught them math if they didn't understand what was being taught I changed how I was explaining it until I knew they understood it. Teachers have to teach to larger classes but when I tutor I'm working one on one so I can adjust how something is explained to help your student understand the concept so they can understand their homework problems.
Training & Qualifications
I homeschooled my 2 sons in elementary and middle school. Both of my son's enjoy and excell at math because I kept math interesting and fun. Someday we were making snowforts to learn addition, subtraction, multiplacation, and division all at the same time. They didn't know most schools taught multiplacation after subtraction, they learned by playing. My older son is starting his 2nd year of college and currently has a 4.0 GPA. My younger son is starting the rigorous IB Diploma Program this year.
