Mystical Movement children release energy and have fun while learning to concentrate, focus and use their imagination bringing a sense of calm and well being. Our interactive games and animated postures are used to teach kids about nature and their outer environments as well as their basic anatomy and inner-selves.

Mystical Movement is a creative but elemental approach to yoga and meditation that can be very helpful for children who are still becoming aware of their bodies and inept abilities. The use of song, animated poses, and basic yoga principles helps promote coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization games enable kids to focus, relax and practice self-control.
