Join the Mystical Music Cypher, a 45-minute inclusive community of breathing, humming, and freestyling for connection, grounding and transformation.
Mystical Music Cypher is an inclusive space to share around a metaphorical fire or heart space. This 45 minute soundscape gets created because each of us are the crystalline formations that organically form around one center point. It’s specifically created so that we may be fully authentic, so that we may be received as such, and practice our own ability to accept and listen to others. If you can either breathe or hum repeatedly, you can easily participate in this cypher culture.
Feel free to stomp or share a simple movement, or perhaps share a word of intention, skatting, or channeling what comes freely.
Caregivers, Parents and visionary artists are discovering that they can freestyle rhyme by connecting to the intention to come with whatever they have and leave the cypher empty and full. Leaving more grounded, alert and alive that how you entered.

My journey as an entrepreneur with Mystical Music and Art has been profoundly influenced by my heritage and community within the Lower East Side of Manhattan, where I, as a person of African American descent, belong to a historically underrepresented demographic of business owners. As a Black father and Native New Yorker, my unique cultural background offers a distinctive lens through which I approach my business.
This cultural connection has allowed me to build deep and meaningful relationships with the individuals I serve. Understanding the needs, challenges, and aspirations of my community has enabled me to establish trust and a profound sense of belonging. Thanks to these connections, mystical Music and Art have become an integral part of the communities it serves.
Inclusivity and accessibility are foundational to my business philosophy. My upbringing within an underrepresented community has heightened my awareness of the critical need to provide accessible services to people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. My unwavering commitment to offering accessible yoga and wellness practices to underserved communities reflects my dedication to dismantling barriers. I believe that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, race, gender, physical abilities, or cultural background, should have access to the transformative power of yoga, music, and mindfulness.
My personal experiences as an African American have given me firsthand knowledge of the unique challenges faced by my community, including health disparities, stress, and mental well-being. This awareness has driven me to tailor my services to effectively address these needs, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to enhance their overall well-being.
Collaboration with other community-based organizations has been instrumental in expanding the reach and impact of Mystical Music and Art. Partnerships with entities such as SuperMoonArt Space, BeatGLOBAL, YoReMi Kids, Manny Cantor Center , LESGirlsClub, YMCA and The Children's Aid Society have allowed my business to extend its influence to public schools and community centers across all five boroughs. By uniting with like-minded organizations, I can magnify my efforts and make a more substantial difference in the lives of underserved individuals.
