We can meet virtually or in person in the DC area to practice yoga. Yoga encompasses a wide range of practices- movement, meditation, chanting, stretching and philosophy. We will set up an interview to determine your goals, limitations, and strengths and tailor a practice to your body and mind. Select a time and date that works for your schedule and the location of your choice. Yoga has amazing physical, mental and emotional benefits. The NIH recently confirmed that yoga does help low back pain. Other studies support yoga's effectiveness alleviating depression and anxiety. Training & Qualifications
I am an Experience Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200) with 5 years of teaching experience. I am currently enrolled in a Master's of Yoga Therapy program, the highest credential in the yoga world that exists today.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, Thursday mornings, Friday evenings
