I live in an apt. but unfortunately my landlords refuse to do any upkeep and I'm about the unhandiest person ever. I'm hoping that someone very handy could help me out with some tasks. I have a few things that need to be done, you could tell me what you might be interested in doing. For instance, the landlords put in new windows but it looks like there was water damage to the frames right after that and although they promised to patch and paint, it's been a few years and they haven't done that. I also have a bathroom countertop that the old tenant decided to paint over top and it's in shabby shape now but I'm not sure how to fix it (there is a coat of something underneath the paint.) I also have a bathroom sink that has a tap and drain that seem to be rotting out and I would really like to replace them but I have no idea how to go about that. If you think you have the skills to help with any of these problems, please get back to me. We'd have to figure out what you might be interested in doing and then figure out how many simbis is fair. For now I'll just put a standard amount till we know what you'd be doing. ;)
