I have had friends who were second language students all through university and even now many of my friends speak English as a second or third language. I have always enjoyed helping them practice English conversation. I can do this locally over coffee or I can do it virtually via a Teamspeak server. You can even pick a theme for the conversation if you want to be able to improve your English in a certain area (ex. We could review the types of questions you might be asked in an interview and what would be the best phrasing for your replies. ) Just let me know if you have a specific area of conversation you most want to practice. :)
