I will send via email a tasty, personally-tested recipe for a soy-free meal! All meals can be made in 30 mins. or less and are also low in calories and saturated fats (Less than 500 cal; 2g, respectively, per serving).
Training & Qualifications
I love cooking and swapping recipes with friends. I also have had a known soy allergy for 6 years, so I always have an eye out for soy-free recipes.
