I am open to answering a variety of questions you may have pertaining to the broad realm of victim advocacy.
Topics I can discuss:
- Upholding Civil Protection Orders
- Finding translators
- Maintaining a workplace free of discrimination
-Identifying abuse of a child or loved one
- Creating Interagency unity (local, state, and federal)
-Filing Victim's Compensation
I request 5 simbi per detailed question and answer. My responses may include, but are not limited to: PowerPoints, case briefs, legal code references, and many other references to back my experiences in the field. If any information I provide is outdated, please update me on changes! I am here to learn as well.
**Note: I am not a lawyer! I do not give legal advice. I can provide education and tools for professionals who may work with victims. This is best suited for teachers, first responders, nurses, social workers, in-home care providers, and law enforcement.**
