I brew tinctures for many different things. A few of the ones I've made for myself and my husband are:
-Cold/flu remedy
-Adrenal support tincture
-Women's hormone balancing

-Coffee concentrate

It takes me a minimum of a month to brew a tincture, and I usually make them in quarts.

I've been brewing tinctures for myself and my husband for a variety of issues for about a year now.
I learn from people who are much more experienced than myself.
In my/my husband's experience, all of my brews so far have done what they were supposed to.
I make sure to use only the best ingredients I can find.
