Dog Walking/Pet Sitting

I love pets and unfortunately my landlord (who lives downstairs) doesn't allow having pets in my small apartment. I've own pets my whole life so this situation its really frustating for me. I wanna start dog walking since I want to do exercise around my house and its awesome for pets who have energy and are all day in the house.
30 minutes walking/running for moments for adult dogs and 5-10max minutes for senior dogs.
I love Big Dogs!! and the first meet its important to see if its gonna work :)
