Sourdough Bread 101

I will give you the basics in sourdough bread making, using wild/natural yeast (flour + water). From making the starter, feeding, autolyzing, bulk-fermenting, shaping, proofing to baking.
I also have some starter to share, which I started and have been feeding for over a year.
Training & Qualifications
Baking is my specialty. I have been making bread for over 2 years and have experienced using the starter to make sourdough bread, brioche, croissants, and even pancakes :)
