I was a self-taught home baker before becoming a pastry-making student whose "expertise" lies on (mostly) French and Asian pastries. I offer some goodies that my friends love:
- Macarons
- Mooncakes (bean filling)
- Chocolate mousse cake
- Matcha Tart
