Somatic Experiencing Session
In a 60-minute session, we will have a comfortable conversation about whatever you wish: your goals in life, your most recent vacation, or even a movie you liked. In the course of this conversation, I will help you slow down, taking the time to notice the really potent 'good' feelings that are hidden within the everyday experience. I will also help you develop your ability to access your strength and decisiveness by taking the time to notice those feelings within you as they arise.
If you have any other specific wishes for yourself and your life, we can often find ways to work those goals into our session, using my training in Nonviolent Communication and Neurolinguistic Programming.
Training & Qualifications
I am finishing my second year in training through the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, and have also received SE sessions weekly for almost 2 years.
I have over 5 years of experience using Nonviolent Communication and Neurolinguistic Programming to help people connect with themselves and their goals.
Availability & Preferences
On and off throughout the week- in the office Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
