I will meet with you (and your dance partner if you have one), and we will learn the basics of connecting and moving with a partner.
By the end of the lesson, you will have learned some moves that you can do to almost any music, plus tips for having a much better than average dance experience together (e.g how to avoid accidentally hurting each other!)
Training & Qualifications
I have 12 years of swing dancing and tango experience, and 6 years of blues/fusion experience. I love partner dancing and connection is the most important piece of it to me.

Now, I n...otice I move deliberately from a background of embodied cognition. My self awareness comes coupled with self compassion. And I am more easefully available as a container to receive others fully in my listening of them.
