I will intuitively create a essential oil blend for you, and mail you the blend and a wealth of information to help you to become familiar with the oils selected~ their use, benefits, considerations, cautions if appropriate and other recipes etc.
So, please share with me what need your body, spirit, and/or mind would like to experience with the supportive use of essentials oils. F or Example- your spirit may desire a blend that enlivens lucid dreaming, the mental body may desire more peace of mind and ease to come to stillness, the physical body may like respiratory support, digestive, etc.
