I teach tools and use homework assignments to help you integrate real change in your life. It's a stripping away of what doesn't work anymore, it can be a catalyst for growth. If you want more, you can have it and I can help.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a life coach for three years. I am Certified through OneTaste and a member of their coaching association. I am also active in the Onetaste community in Austin.
