I will design a fitness schedule based on your goals, ability, and schedule, as well as do what I can to motivate you to reach out and grab life by the horns. Each "session" will have a week's worth of activity along with some ideas to change it up, as well as what you can do to step it up some should you feel extra motivated. I'm able to work with all fitness level and help you work toward any goal, such as musclular strength and endurance, weight loss, bulking up, and just overall improvement of health. Please understand that as an active duty soldier and infantryman, my schedule can be pretty unpredictable between late days, training, and week to month long field problems, which I will be sure to give you heads up on and will be more than happy to give you a regimen to follow in my absence. Training & Qualifications
I am a US Army infantryman stationed in Ft. Lewis, Washington. I worked at the Fitness Training Unit in Ft. Benning, Georgia and can use my experience to help you elevate yourself to where you want to be in your fitness journey.
