About Veronica Boske

I graduated from Boston University with a Masters of Social Work. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Massachusetts. I have worked in the public school setting for over 1...0 years; first as a early childhood educator, teen parent educator and later as a middle school student support coordinator counseling students and their families on behavioral, emotional, social and academic issues. I am trained in the Zones of Regulation, ChildPlay Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and I am a Master Reiki practitioner . I like to integrate mindfulness and yoga into my work with children and parents. I firmly believe that food choices may impact emotions and behaviors; I work with parents to identify these foods as needed. I received her training as a holistic health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I recently graduated from SuperHealth Specialty Training, which specializes in breaking habits and addictive behaviors using yoga, meditation and nutritional support. I specialize in holistic child and family coaching, yoga, Reiki, nutritional consultation, addictive behavior, child grief, stress and anxiety management and related sleep disturbances. show more
