I will provide a 30 minute consultation with tips and skills to handle anxiety in an easy way. It includes short breathing techniques, use of essential oils, dietary changes to decrease anxiety and more. Services can be in person if you live in the Worcester/Metro West area in MA. or over the phone/Skype or via email.
Training & Qualifications
I am a behavioral health counselor, kundalini yoga teacher and holistic health coach. I specialized in quick and effective ways to deal with stress and anxiety.
Availability & Preferences
Wednesdays, some flexibility some Tuesday mornings. More flexible days and times if over the phone consultation.
