Something on your mind?
We all have challenges in life and being heard can be a great gift. I will listen to you share anything that's on your heart and help you feel heard and understood. You may feel lighter and experience some unexpected clarity.
This is different from the average conversation with a friend, which often resembles a game of tennis: one person, speaks about something that's real for them, then the other person answers with "yes, and that reminds me of my own experience..."
In our session, the attention will be entirely on you and your experience. My role is to listen deeply and to ask clarifying questions so that I know I'm hearing and understanding you as you want to be understood.
Training & Qualifications
I practice life coaching, energy healing, and non-violent communication. I am also active on a #supportcircle phone group. In all these areas, active and empathetic listening has helped me meet people where they're at and bring out what is most alive for them in the moment.
Availability & Preferences
