Have so much stress building up and no way to vent? Come to me! I will listen to you vent about your issues and offer impartial advice based on my own experiences in life. What a lot of people don't realize that I only learned after attending therapy is that stress is cumulative. If a stressful situation happens, that stress doesn't just go away. It's stored in the body in chemical form. If you don't outlet it, it will build up and cause all sorts of not fun things to happen, such as anxiety and panic attacks (yes I speak from experience). That's why I'm here! Let me help you get rid of that pent up stress and trust me when I say you will feel much better!
Training & Qualifications
I'm a great listener, I've been in some very hard situations in life and I know how important having a friend can be. I'm very accepting and non-judgmental as well as being near impossible to offend, so you can say pretty much whatever you want and I won't get offended. More than anything, I love to help people when they're struggling with their lives. Let me help!
