I love the practice of mindfulness and all it implies. Take more time in your life to be still, aware of your own thoughts, aware of your own body and emotions. This is one major practice on the path towards "Spiritual Awakening." I love the work of Jon-Kabat Zinn, Eckart Tolle, Matt Kahn, Adyashanti, and Alan Watts, among others. I love teaching these concepts from the standpoint of mindfulness.
