I'm a mindfulness instructor in Eugene, Oregon. I'm also an author, podcast creator, philosopher and a spiritual guide, like Matt Kahn.

Together with my partner, we also offer communication classes for couples to help strengthen relationships.

I used to be web designer making really good money from about age 24-35. But the work was sucking my soul out through a straw. I decided to leave the comfort & security of that life and peruse a radically different path. I have been deeply involved in spiritual work for the past 2 years, leading meditation classes, mindfulness retreats, and my true calling is to help the awakening of consciousness that's spreading throughout the world. Trying to make my living this way, hoping for a career and looking at role models such as Matt Kahn, Adyashanti, even Eckart Tolle.
