It can be about anything: hard times, good times broken hearts, new goals, spiritual advice. And I can also help you with motivation if that's what you need!

I'm a good guy with plenty of life experience, I've gone through hard times and have gotten through them, I'm optimistic and always try to find the good in a situation.
