Fix sprinkler system, fix lights(even shop lights), I can fix or service swamp coolers, A/C filter changes, light mechanic work ( oil changes, brake pad changes, filter changes, engine coolant flush, etc... Just ask and I'll tell you wether I can do it or not. I prefer to work for trade but the simbi currency is fine too. If you have any other requests just ask and I can let you know if I can do it.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a property maintenance man by profession, going to school to be certified in HVAC. And eventually mechanic work. I deal with problems everyday and it's my job to fix it :)
