Training & Qualifications
Ive been an athlete my whole life, but played lacrosse for 5 years, and was a coach to little girls for a season. Aside from sports I've always loved working out in general. In high school when I was trying to make varsity, I would work out for 3 hours a day every day after school. I'm not nearly that intense now, but fitness has always held a special place in my heart.
Im also vegan and could give you some clean eating tips as well!
