Conversion Van Auto Help/Advice

I live in a 1999 GMC Savanna and it's been made into a conversion van by the previous owner who just so happened to be an electrician, so there's a lot of confusing stuff I don't know how to troubleshoot in here. There's a wall outlet that doesn't work, and three lights in the back that have gone out. I also have a fridge built in here but am afraid to turn it on because I worry my van won't start from it running up the battery. I just need someone to take a look and give me some solid advice on when I can have it on in order for my van to not die, ever. I never want to have to jumpstart it.
Also there's an upper storage area I really wanna knock out without screwing up all the wiring up there. This is an extra thing I'd pay for symbi for, but only if you're super confident it wouldn't mess anything up, especially with the wiring
