I am also well versed in Functional Nutrition and chronic disease, and have the ability to offer unbiased and helpful feedback that can help you feel more able to make your move. When our actions and emotions come from a place of fear, we often cause more harm than good, however love based actions and emotions help us move toward our goals and thrive.
