No matter what your fitness or physical goals, I will work with you to create and fine tune a training plan that meets your needs, fits your schedule, and works within your budget. If needed, I will also provide personal training sessions in my areas of expertise or help fine tune your plan later on.
Training & Qualifications
I am a circus performer since 2003 and instructor since 2013. I believe in riggorous research, engaging in evidence based training practices, and highlighting safety and longevity. I am a contortionist and aerialist with deep experience in yoga, Pilates and dance.
