I will teach you how to improve your flexibility for pole, aerials, yoga, contortion, dance, or just your own personal enjoyment and goals! I can help you create a stretching plan that works for you and work with you to meet your flexibility goals.
Training & Qualifications
I am a circus performer and have been since 2003. I have a large range of flexibility (all splits well over 180 degrees and near full headsit) and also a deep knowledge base when it comes to safe and effective stretching practices for the whole body. I have taught contortion at a beginning level for two years.
