I will give you training on almost any Microsoft Office suite product from beginner to advanced lessons, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Access. I can provide help either asynchronously through emailing questions and answers back and forth, or we can have an online meeting with a screen share to address specific issues or learn specific features.

Training & Qualifications

I have 5+ years of Technical Support experience and have taught basic computer classes, including a college level course on Microsoft Office, for the majority of my career. I am well versed in Office 2007 and up.

Availability & Preferences

Asynchronous help through messages can be any time as long as you are flexible with response times. Live screen-share help would be limited to nights and weekends.
