Offering simple explanations on what to expect when wanting to try this lifestyle, hopefully guiding you towards a particular aspect to try first.
There are a multitude of dos and don't, and I can hopefully help you navigate through or around some of them.
for example:
ALWAYS have your own towel to sit on, wherever you may be.
"WET" areas (pool, spa) are usually mandatory clothes free.
Single males are usually watched closely, and sometimes not even allowed
Swinger activity is usually VERY frowned upon, but USUALLY taking place behind the scenes of most places.
Many fears and stigmas are quite unfounded, and a simple talk can clarify many misconceptions that plague this lifestyle.
There's many aspects, and are usually separate:
1) exhibitionism
2) nudism
3) naturism
And so on...
